We are a national organisation that can deliver face-to-face and remote services across all seven regions of NHS England. UB Healthcare has a sizeable mobile delivery workforce with over 50 geographically dispersed registered health and care professionals, 10 senior director/executive level associates, and a large team of operational administration resources. We have supported the majority of ICBs across all seven regions in England.

We help our clients deliver operational and financial efficiencies, allowing them to reinvest in core services. You only pay us once we have completed an assessment, review, or assignment. This provides real peace of mind and guarantees results and outcomes.  

We work closely with care providers across the UK, supporting self-funding clients in finding the right care and support to meet their needs. We leverage this relationship to help the commissioners we work with build relationships with providers in their market. Our commissioning and care brokerage services are proven to significantly reduce the cost of care for commissioners while ensuring that care providers get the required fees to deliver the expected quality levels of care.

Our Senior Management Team has extensive experience in providing NHS-funded care and commissioning services. They possess in-depth knowledge of health and social care systems across the 7 regions in England and have a track record of delivering contracts on a national scale. The team comprises a director of nursing who chairs the Governance Board, an NHS-funded care subject matter expert who has served as the Commissioning/CHC Director at multiple NHS Integrated Care Boards, a Senior Mental Health Nurse specialising in complex care, a senior registered Social Worker with decades of leadership experience within CCGs/ICBs, a systems expert with extensive experience in CHC digitalisation and operational management, and a service design expert who has collaborated with over 50 Acute Trusts to enhance their discharge and flow performance. Our SMT has built trusted relationships with ICBs & Trusts across England, Health boards in Wales, and other stakeholders, including Local Authorities.
