Our Services
UB Healthcare is a specialist health and care consultancy supporting the NHS, individuals and communities to deliver better outcomes across complex and funded care pathways, including All-Age Continuing Care (AACC/CHC). Our work includes supporting private self-funding clients and their representatives in finding the right care, appropriately commissioned and funded to ensure value for money and consistent, high-quality, safe care.
We work in partnership with Integrated Care Boards, NHS Trusts and Health Boards to provide clinical and statutory assessments, reviews, commissioning support, complex care management, care brokerage and system transformation — helping services maintain quality, consistency and financial grip in increasingly complex environments.
Alongside our NHS work, we support individuals and families through independent care needs assessments and free care-finding advice, ensuring people receive the right care, at the right time, in the right way - in partnership with the independent care provider sector.

We have a large pool of specialist clinicians, social workers and non-clinical experts. We stand out as a truly multidisciplinary organisation, boasting credible, highly experienced professionals from across Health and Social Care professions. Our unique strength lies in our commitment to a Multidisciplinary Team approach to managing every case. Our expert case managers will proactively manage complex cases and provide dedicated support to the commissioner, individuals, and their representatives throughout the process. Our team of experts are available to support appeals, independent reviews, dispute resolution, case preparations and representation at Court of Protection proceedings.

We are a national organisation that can deliver face-to-face and remote services across all seven regions of NHS England. UB Healthcare has a sizeable mobile delivery workforce with over 50 geographically dispersed registered health and care professionals, 10 senior director/executive level associates, and a large team of operational administration resources. We have supported the majority of ICBs across all seven regions in England.

Our commissioning and care brokerage services are proven to significantly reduce the cost of care for commissioners while ensuring that care providers get the required fees to deliver the expected quality levels of care.

Our Senior Management Team has extensive experience in providing NHS-funded care and commissioning services. They possess in-depth knowledge of health and social care systems across the 7 regions in England and Wales and have a track record of delivering contracts on a national scale. Our SMT has built trusted relationships with ICBs & Trusts across England, Health boards in Wales, and other stakeholders, including Local Authorities.

Governance

As a flexible contracting partner to NHS ICBs, Trusts, and CSUs, we prioritise delivering work that meets and, wherever possible, exceeds the expected quality standards.
Our Integrated Governance Board is accountable to the UB Healthcare Ltd Board and oversees our clinical delivery to ensure compliance with corporate, clinical, and information governance standards. It comprises of qualified clinicians, specialist advisors, and subject matter experts.
