Harry has a wealth of experience delivering NHS-funded care and has driven significant savings and operational improvements in All-Age Continuing Care (AACC). His dedication to integrating IT solutions has revolutionised AACC delivery, ensuring better outcomes.

Together, they created UBH with a simple yet profound mission: to elevate patient experiences through quality, integrity, authenticity, and strong partnerships

UB Healthcare is a growing organisation looking for competent professionals with a proven background in NHS-funded and Complex Care to join us.

We are keen to speak with experienced Continuing Healthcare Assessors, Best Interest Assessors, Case Managers, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Registered Nurses, and Social Workers who live by care, compassion, competence, communication, courage, and commitment and can relate to our core values.

We require colleagues with an understanding of the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS-funded Nursing Care with a passion for improving outcomes for patients, their families and professionals working within health and social care.

We are also keen to speak to operational leaders with significant experience and an in-depth understanding of the framework looking to come with us on our exciting journey.
