Testimonials

  • 'Just wanted to thank you again for your help and support in finding a care home for my dad. He went into Bethel House last Tuesday and seems to have settled in really well. It's the first time in many years that I have seen him laugh and smile. The managers and care team are very friendly and supportive. .'

    Son & Daughter

  • 'Thank you again for your swift response and advice. Mum moves into respite care the day after tomorrow. I would like to recommend your service highly.'

    Daughter

  • 'Thank you, all went well and thanks so much for all your help. It’s been so reassuring having someone knowledgeable and actively helpful to support me with this. I’ve had a lot going on this past year so your help with the stress of getting dad sorted with his new home is very much appreciated!'

    Family Member

  • 'We were actually like zombies and completely on our knees and Sally found and made arrangements for us to view several suitable homes. Each of them were good in their own way but Fairfield stood out as being the most suitable for our lovely sister Joyce. Sally was very very helpful and we would like to pass on our thanks for all the help she has given us.'

    Sister & Brother

  • We can’t thank you enough for the support you gave us in finding a a suitable care home for my mum. Even when we felt defeated by mums increasing & worsening dementia you were there for us with words of calm comfort & reassurance that we would find somewhere suitable for mum. Thank you Sally.

    Daughter & Son in Law

My father recently went into hospital. He is 99 and was not well. But he pulled through. The hospital gave me UBH Healthcare’s telephone number to talk to - to arrange ongoing healthcare.

I spoke to Tracey about the situation and right from the start you could tell that she was empathic and supportive of my situation with my father. She told me exactly what she was going to do - and did it!

The result was that 6 days my father had been discharged from hospital and arrived at his new nursing home. I was kept informed of everything on a daily basis.

So, my review is not only for UBH Healthcare but also, specifically, for Tracey. Not only did she do everything she promised, but she also put me at ease (and made me laugh) despite the urgency of the situation.
