At UB Healthcare, we provide a full range of services across NHS funded care delivery, complex case management, patient flow transformation, and care search support for both self-funders and care providers. Our expert multidisciplinary team works alongside commissioners, the NHS, and social care organisations to deliver high-quality outcomes, improve patient experiences, and ensure safe, cost-effective care.
What is NHS Funded Care Delivery Support Services?
Our NHS Funded Care Delivery Support Service helps commissioners and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) to manage Continuing Healthcare (CHC), Funded Nursing Care (FNC) and complex care assessments, reviews, and appeals. We provide skilled clinicians, administrators, and governance oversight to ensure decisions are made consistently, fairly, and in line with NHS frameworks.
How does UB Healthcare support complex case management?
UB Healthcare specialises in Complex Case Management for individuals with high-level or long-term care needs. We allocate a dedicated case manager supported by our multidisciplinary team to coordinate assessments, care packages, clinical oversight, and Court of Protection involvement. This ensures patients receive safe, effective, and person-centred care while commissioners maintain financial and reputational governance.
Can UB Healthcare assist with self-funded care and placement?
Yes. UB Healthcare provides a Self-Funding Care Advice and Placement Service to help individuals and families find the right care, whether that’s domiciliary, live-in, residential, nursing, or dementia support. Our service is free for care seekers, and we partner only with CQC-registered care providers, giving peace of mind that quality and safety standards are met.
Partnerships & Social Impact
How can care providers partner with UB Healthcare?
We welcome partnerships with CQC-registered care providers across England. By joining our Care Provider Partnership, providers gain access to referrals for domiciliary care, live-in care, residential homes, dementia care, nursing, and mental health placements. Providers can register directly via our website to start working with us.
What resources does UB Healthcare offer for identifying 'hidden carers'?
As part of our Positive Impact programme, UB Healthcare developed a Hidden Carers in the Workplace Toolkit.
